Human Resource Development Corporation (HRD Corp), under the Ministry of Human Resources (KESUMA), celebrated 934 outstanding Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) 2025 students<\/strong> from 12 schools around the Sungai Buloh area<\/strong> through the Outstanding Student Contribution Programme<\/strong>, with a total contribution of RM318,900<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Held at Dewan Serbaguna Seksyen 7, Kota Damansara<\/strong>, the programme was officiated by YB Dato\u2019 Sri Ramanan Ramakrishnan<\/strong> and gathered approximately 2,000 attendees<\/strong>, comprising students, parents, and members of the local community, reflecting a whole-of-society approach in nurturing the nation\u2019s future talents. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

This initiative recognises students\u2019 excellence while encouraging continuous development beyond academic achievement. It is also aligned with the efforts of KESUMA and HRD Corp<\/strong> in strengthening the skills development and employability of the younger generation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/figure>\n\n\n\n

The initiative adopts a more inclusive approach by not only celebrating top-performing students but also recognising the efforts and achievements of students who obtained 4A and above<\/strong>. This reflects the belief that every achievement holds value and deserves recognition and encouragement to continue striving forward. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

In his speech, YB Dato\u2019 Sri Ramanan<\/strong> emphasised the importance of skills development and the role of TVET institutions<\/strong> in creating greater opportunities for young people to build a brighter future.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\n

\u201cTVET institutions under KESUMA, such as ADTEC Colleges, continue to show encouraging achievements, with graduate employability rates reaching 95.5 percent<\/strong>. This proves that the skills pathway can also open strong career opportunities for the younger generation.\u201d <\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/figure>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

Meanwhile, HRD Corp Chief Executive Dato\u2019 Shamir Aziz<\/strong> said that initiatives like this are not only meant to recognise students\u2019 achievements but also serve as motivation for young people to keep striving and build a better future.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cSuccess does not come easily. Continue to work hard, believe in yourself, and never forget your parents who have always stood by your side throughout life\u2019s journey. No matter how far we go in life, to them we will always remain their little child whom they constantly pray for.\u201d <\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

Also present were KESUMA Deputy Secretary-General (Policy and International), Dr. Hj. Mohd Shaharin Umar<\/strong>, and HRD Corp Chairman Datuk Rusli Jaafar<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
