
Indian choreographer and dance sensation Noel Alexander made a remarkable impact on Malaysia’s dance scene through a dynamic series of workshops held on 29 and 30 May 2026, attracting an impressive participation of over 500 dancers across the two-day event.

Hailing from India, Noel Alexander is widely recognised for his vibrant choreography style, high-energy performances, and strong influence within the global dance community. Known for his ability to blend technique, storytelling, and expressive movement, he has cultivated a growing following through workshops, stage performances, and viral choreography pieces embraced by dancers across diverse backgrounds.

The Malaysia workshops, presented by Junior Jethu & The Dhamaal, offered participants an immersive dance experience across multiple sessions featuring popular tracks such as Kalyani, Afreen Afreen, and Kaantha.
From the opening beats, the atmosphere was electric. Participants filled the space with enthusiasm, passion, and energy as they engaged with Noel Alexander’s dynamic choreography. Beyond teaching routines, he encouraged dancers to embrace the learning journey, let go of perfection, and perform with confidence, authenticity, and joy.
